Place a credit card order using our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, and American Express.

Danmark Choice LLC uses Yahoo Merchant Solution to process orders and Authorize.Net as
our secure transaction processor. All orders placed online are processed offline through our
Point-of-Sale Credit Card Terminal, making shopping on our website completely safe. To
further protect our customers from identification theft, your credit card number is never sent
through the Internet and the card number is discarded from the Yahoo Merchant Order
Manager once your transaction is complete.

Shipping
You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the
receiving party.
Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and
shipping method you choose.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We deliver to most
countries in the world.
The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only. No refunds are given on online sales.
Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery. All returns must
be received within seven days of return request.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be
attached. Danmark reserves the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Danmark’s
Return Policy requirements.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on jewellery, bags, accessories or artwork.
All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all
shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

How to return an item.

1. Email us at info@danmarkfashion.com and explain which item(s) you are returning.
2. Please include your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for
return.
3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be
received by Danmark within seven days of return request for domestic orders, and fourteen
days for international orders. Merchandise must be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post.
We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored
for proof of delivery. Danmark does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or
compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please
also note that Danmark cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery
(COD).
4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process
your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
5. If the return is approved, a store credit voucher will be issued to you that can be used in our
online shop. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will
be credited. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable.
If you requested an exchange, the requested exchange item, if available, will be shipped
within seven days.
